Masterclasses Skills and Language are designed for dancers of all skill levels and techniques and are suited for dance academies, schools or companies. Gabriela Zuarez’s methodical use of the tools of tango dance has been recognized over the years in the dance and theater field.
Those masterclasses are pointed out to dance professionals who are active in the practice. Each masterclass is unique, has a tailored format, and can have different content per class, where participants can grasp the tools and vision behind the dramaturge- choreographer.
The topics of the masterclass are distilled from the research material of the residency projects Hybrid Languages and Coreo-Lab Buenos Aires which the dramaturge has been running consistently for eight years since its first presentation at the IDOCDE International symposium at the ImpulsTanz festival in 2016.

Zuarez teaches the dance language applied in her own formations and ensemble, which is embedded in the principles and core of Tango, expanding into the full range of movement. Strong groundwork, subtlety, weight transfer, physicality, centering and connective presence are a distinctive aspect of her development.
Masterclasses are available on request, and last 3 hours. Those can be perfect as an introduction to a dance company, ensemble or school.
